- Assist in A/P invoice processing responsibilities.
- Maintain users in Anuko and track quarterly time study reports
- Prepare and enter various monthly journal entries.
- Perform reconciliations for various programs
- Complete monthly billing for various Departments
- Complete purchasing tasks with p-card, including but not limited to staff hotel and training requests
- Complete monthly reporting for various programs.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Associate degree in Accounting from an accredited technical school plus two (2) years recent bookkeeping/accounting experience is preferred.
- Experience in the use of computer databases and/or spreadsheets.
- Prompt and regular attendance.
- Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures.
- Working knowledge of personal computers (PC's), computerized accounting spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
- Ability to exercise professional discretion in assisting coworkers and other employees.
