    JOB DESCRIPTION – COORDINATOR

    Summary/Objective

    We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the position of Coordinator. In this role you will be a support to Operations and HR as a coordinator for the sites of 2CC and 5CC. There are many tasks set to complete for this role including tracking of attendance, staffing performance, operation needs, internal auditing, interviewing, onboarding support, and CTPAT compliance. There may be additional tasks assigned as well.

    Essential Functions

    1. Checking and submitting daily attendance.
    2. Tracking and entering attendance points based on company policy.
    3. Updating current supporting staffing agencies of information needed daily.
    4. Completing all tasks assigned by General Manager.
    5. Compliance is maintained by ensuring all equipment operators have training certifications and internal auditing.
    6. Supporting management in interviews including scheduling and taking part within.
    7. Maintaining an applicant tracker.
    8. Safety walks to check for any violations and reporting to management.
    9. Supporting onboarding for those who convert from temp to direct hire.
    10. Maintaining the files for CTPAT compliance.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment and warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    Travel

    Little travel is excepted for this position.
