The Sales Coordinator is the catalyst behind our organization. As a Sales Coordinator professional, the Product Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers into all segment accounts. As Sales Coordinator you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the success of the team in selling our full suite of products, and services with measurable sales objectives for the region you support. Your role is to help drive current and future revenue and build a pipeline working both on tactical and strategic level on accounts in your sales territory.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Responsible for all sales activities including developing new clients as well as maintaining existing clients.
  • Educate Customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Act as primary service contact with all requests related to current campaigns
  • Prepare and submit monthly rolling sales forecast reports and set deadlines
  • Collaborate with management to complete projects as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Exceptional time management and prioritizing skills with ability to multitask as necessary
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy when inputting schedules and/or order changes
  • Highly organized with aptitude to manage systems to ensure all deadlines are met

DESIRED SKILLS:


  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
  • Basic understanding of TV and Internet ratings and ad pricing a plus
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strategic: Able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts within your sales territory
  • Insightful: Pays attention to details and can bring unique value on every customer interaction
  • Resourceful: Able to overcome obstacles and customer objections to find appropriate sales solutions revenue with an effort to build a pipeline working both on tactical and strategic level on accounts in your region
