    Description

    Job Summary:


    The Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.


    Responsibilities:

    • Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority
    • Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department
    • Prepare and file UCC Continuations
    • Maintain insurance tracking - Phone contact with clients & insurance agents to get policy renewals.
    • Order tax service contracts
    • Work closely with loan processors and lenders
    • Handle general customer inquires, both external and internal
    • LaserPro Doc Prep/Review
    • Loan Booking
    • Escrow Monitoring
    • Imaging
    • HMDA/Adverse Action
    • All other duties as assigned from time to time

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
    • Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective problem solving skills
    • Time management for understanding the urgency of customer needs.
