    Conexess is a full-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to hire, and direct placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilities extending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capable of offering project-based work.

    Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an Asset Management Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

    Responsibilities:
    • Setup, Configure and Maintain hardware asset data within Hardware Asset Management tools to maintain trustworthy and accurate data for each asset category under management.
    • Understand, document, and improve hardware lifecycle processes to manage hardware asset data accuracy.
    • Review and update policy, process, and procedures to establish consistent oversight of hardware asset tracking.
    • Gather and review data to support optimization metrics for asset inventory to reduce operating costs.
    • Develop and implement policy and process controls to audit process effectiveness.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to define and manage hardware inventory tracking system roadmap.
    • Validate and test functionality for asset tracking enhancements and planned system releases.
    • Prepare and deliver communications and training materials for stakeholders that track assets.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
    • At least 5 years Asset Management experience preferred. Experience in analytical, technology, or business roles will also be considered.
    • Understanding of IT Asset Management practices and/or certifications preferred but not required.
    • Strong Data Analysis skills. Must possess ability to critically analyze data, relate it to business value and impact.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess ability to communicate with different stakeholders and different levels of organization.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
    • Must possess ability to critically analyze data, relate it to business value and impact.
    • Demonstrated ability to innovate in a highly dynamic organization and evolving technology strategy.
    • Familiarity with Toolsets (Flexera, ServiceNow, Ariba, or similar) and MS Office
