Your Responsibilities:

Commercial management of projects in the field of technical building equipment
Management of the project area and support of the branch management in economic issues
Responsibility for ongoing project controlling, liquidity management, as well as contract and change management
Analysis and preparation of business data and key figures, as well as conducting profitability evaluations
Central point of contact for commercial topics for branch, department, and project managers

Your Profile:

Commercial or technical education with corresponding further qualification or completed business or technical studies
Professional experience in the commercial field, ideally in the construction industry
Relevant experience with merchandise management systems, ideally experience with Navision
First leadership experience is an advantage
