The Bielefeld City Theaters and Philharmonic Orchestra perform in eight venues across three buildings: Stadttheater, Theater am Alten Markt (TAM) and Rudolf-Oetker-Halle.

With a total of around 3,200 seats, they are one of the largest cultural institutions in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The three departments - opera, dance and drama - as well as the orchestra and concert hall are under the direction of Michael Heicks (artistic director) and Stefanie Niedermeier (administrative director).

A diverse team of around 370 employees brings over 600 events per season to the stage.

Director's Assistant

for the period from April 11 to April 15, 2023 and from May 5 to June 9, 2023.


We are looking for an artistically interested person who would like to accompany the project during the five-day rehearsal trip to the "Wilde Rose" cultural center in Melle, the final rehearsals, and the five performances at the Theater am Alten Markt (TAMDREI).
