Supporting employer clients (especially developing and maintaining business relationships with employer clients according to the employer action programs).

You work together with your clients to develop new career perspectives or further education opportunities and make decisions about further support.

With your empathy and understanding of people, you recognize and promote the potential of your clients.
You independently advise and support a fixed customer base in close exchange with your team. You also actively participate in filling job positions.
