Job Description

Support and assistance for customers and partners with problems or questions regarding alarm processing
Independent monitoring of all connected danger, fire, burglary, and holdup alarm systems
Central control of our intervention forces and monitoring compliance with specified response times
Responsibility for coordination, documentation, and monitoring of elevator systems, video connections, and special solutions
Compliance with quality standards including data maintenance

Qualifications

Ideally, you are already a certified NSL specialist or have experience in an emergency and service control center
Career changers with first experience in the security service or customer service are also welcome
Enjoyment of communication with customers
Team player
Reliability and a clean criminal record
Wellgroomed appearance and good manners
