    Job Title:
    Senior Accountant (3 open roles, part-time & full-time)

    Location:
    Dallas, TX

    Senior Accountant Job Responsibilities:
    Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
    Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
    Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
    Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
    Manage the payroll process.
    Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
    Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
    Secure financial information by completing database backups.
    Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    Train and manage accountants.

    Open Roles (part or full-time):
    Controller for a distillery business
    Controller for a high-end event management business
    Controller for family office with a private equity focus

    Requirements:
    Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
