    Description
    Senior Accountant - Hybrid

    Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant with experience closing multiple sets of books or properties.


    Duties:


    Prepare monthly community financial reporting packages to include balance sheet, profit and loss, A/R and A/P reports, cash flow summary, depreciation and fixed asset reports, bank reconciliations.

    Review and analyze monthly profit and loss general ledger activity.

    Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts.

    Assist with audits, portfolio tracking, cash flow projections, budgeting, SOP planning and implementation, and other accounting projects.

    Complies with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.

    Review and verify invoices and check requests for proper approvals and accurate coding.

    Review and initiate ACH transactions.

    Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports when required.

    Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.

    Able to deal with confidential information appropriately.

    Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy.

    Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

    Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.


    Requirements:
    College degree in Accounting or Business Administration

    Two or more years of relevant accounting experience closing multiple sets of books or accounting for multiple properties.


    Our client offers a salary of $75k - $85k plus benefits and a Hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two working from home.
