We are currently seeking a
Packaging Machine Operator (m/f/d) to join our team at our Oldenburg location as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
- Setting up machines
- Monitoring and operating available machines/lines
- Ensuring proper packaging processes
- Leading and motivating employees in the machine/line area
- Taking action in case of technical malfunctions and maintaining cleanliness and order of machines
- Ensuring smooth operation of machines
- Conducting checks and documentation
Our Expectations:
- Good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
- Enjoyment of physical work
- Technical understanding
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Experience with slicers and packaging machines in the food industry
