We are a dynamically growing, owner-managed production company located in Lyndonville, NY.

Since our founding in 2001, we have continuously expanded and currently employ over 500 employees at our two locations in Germany.


At our Pockau-Lengefeld site near Chemnitz, we specialize in metal and aluminum forming as well as the production of complex welding assemblies.

Our Markgröningen location focuses on laser welding and the assembly of module components.

In a short period of time, our company has become a leading partner for highly complex body assemblies made of steel and aluminum for international automotive manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and loading machines in serial production
  • Changing prepared tools according to specifications
  • Inspecting workpieces using standard measuring tools for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Performing simple maintenance tasks
  • Actively participating in the continuous improvement of production processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in metalworking is an advantage, but not required
  • Practical experience in operating production machines
  • Willingness to work in a 3shift system
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Basic computer skills
  • Enthusiastic, independent, and flexible with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
