Tasks

As a "virtual extension" of high-profile clients, advise on family office investments, private equity, and traditional M&A transactions. We are not looking for colleagues for the "back room", but for dedicated lawyers who enjoy direct client contact.

Your profile


Ideally, you have initial relevant professional experience in the transactional field or have gained insights into this area of consulting through internships.

You are confident in using the English language and have an above-average academic background. A team player mentality completes your profile.
