We have been retained by our client, a growing Multifamily Renovation Company in the Houston, TX area, to find a

Se

nior Project Manager .

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within the multifamily renovation sector.

Duties:
Lead the planning and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives.
Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and all other aspects of the project management process.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety protocols.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and handle any arising issues promptly.

Requirements:
Minimum HS Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry,
Experience with Multifamily

renovation/restoration

projects; exterior preferred.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
