Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a high energy, hard working, full of passion and grit Team Member that will complement our existing team in assisting our customers with reaching their desired goals. If this speaks to you, we would like to visit about the opportunity for career growth in our Bella Vista office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships by educating them of how their insurance currently provides protection and elevating the conversation to introduce products that would meet their insurance and financial goals.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Experience managing client relationships is preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Able to effectively relate to a customer
