REPORTS TO:
SVP of Construction OBJECTIVE/
MISSION:
Partner with the resources provided (BDC, Estimators, Take-off Teams) to meet the needs of our clients and build lasting relationships.
KEY RESULTS:
Achievement of individual and departmental gross margin dollar objectives.
Achievement of individual and departmental number of contracts secured objectives.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
College degree required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable professional experience a plus.
Ability to read and write English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to large groups and associations required.
Demonstrable math skills, including basic calculations and measuring.
Able to effectively use computers/technology IE Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and others.
Roofing sales, installation, estimating, project management, or property management experience is a plus but not a must.
Must be a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Possess a high set of moral and ethical standards.
Willing and able to climb ladders - comfortable with heights.
