    Job DescriptionDescription:

    As a Product Manager (PM) at DOMA Technologies, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers value to our customers and the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the end-to-end execution of the product vision to ensure that the product meets business needs and expectations.

    Success in this role requires a rigorous approach to problem solving, a passion for innovation and technology, and an obsession with building products that create a meaningful impact for the users they serve.

    Requirements:

    Strategy

    • Contributes to broader technology strategy and vision
    • Defines product-line level vision, strategy, and roadmap(s) for steering and communicating the direction of the product to various audiences (stakeholders, developers, customers)

    Prioritization

    • Owns the product backlog and applies ruthless prioritization while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders

    Oversees end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

    • Define - understand, discover, and define customer opportunities and requirements
    • Design - collaborate with Designer(s) to create visual designs for the product
    • Develop - sponsor development efforts to provide clarity and ensure alignment to product strategy
    • Testing - ensure rigorous testing and quality control to produce high fidelity products
    • Deployment/ Launch - coordinate product launches, along with messaging for product releases
    • Measurement/ maintenance - monitor product performance, taking corrective action to support when needed

    Facilitate product discovery to identify viable new features/ product opportunities

    • Conduct/ synthesize market research and competitive analysis
    • Manage the intake and evaluation of product ideas/ customer feedback and facilitate rapid prototyping to validate opportunities

    Marketing

    • Collaborate with Brand/ Marketing leads to define internal/ external product messaging and tailor collateral

    Customer Engagement

    • Participate in product pitches and facilitate customer interviews/ testing (i.e. A/B testing)

    Product Analytics

    • Define & manage Product KPIs and User Metrics for assessing product performance and user behavior

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in STEM or other related discipline, preferred
    • 3+ years of Product management experience leading the development and launch of enterprise software products
    • 4+ years in enterprise software or related industry
    • Proven experience in creating product roadmaps and strategies for executing one or more product visions
    • Strong experience with Product management frameworks and tools (JIRA, Trello, Figma)
    • Familiarity with customer-centric design processes and principles
    • Proficient in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Working knowledge of cloud, data, and Generative AI technologies, specifically within AWS
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions
    • Strong written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to present to varying audiences and stakeholders

    This is an office/hybrid remote position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a climate-controlled environment. Candidates must be able to sit, read, work on a computer, and watch a computer screen for extended periods of time. Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, kneel or crouch.
