    Senior Manager, e-Commerce Merchandising (TNF, Americas)
    How You Will Make a Difference

    As a Senior Manager of E-commerce Merchandising, you will be playing a crucial role in driving and executing seasonal, consumer right strategies, assortments and buys for the channel.

    You will be reporting directly into the Senior Director of DTC Merchandising.

    What you will do:
    Work with regional Category Merchandising on creating a best-in-class assortment for E-commerce channel.

    Be able to give feedback online plans, color palettes, and price points based on historical selling.

    Identify and communicate key market trends and franchise opportunities that will drive sales growth.

    Ensure clear assortment architecture on E-commerce – thinking consumer first.

    Build seasonal briefs outlining channel opportunities and needs for future season assortments.

    Drive a clear segmentation and marketplace differentiation strategy .


    Have a strong retail math background as financials will be a critical component in building profitable assortments, increasing SKU efficiency and driving top line revenue growth.

    Conduct buy reviews with team and ensure target KPIs are achieved (sales, inventory, ST, etc). Be able to provide strategic guidance if needed.

    Able to confidently present and articulate strategies during buy and investment reviews with leadership.

    Understand and analyze in-season business trends and provide feedback to cross-functional teams on areas of opportunities.

    Drive SKU efficiency while balance with long-term global product strategies.

    Encourage and maintain a tight feedback loop amongst cross-functional partners.

    Understand marketplace positioning and continue to relay insights and business needs to Category Merchandising team.

    Partner closely with Retail counterpart to align on omni opportunities

    Partner with Planning team on understanding financial targets and how they translate to buying strategy.

    Build relationships with Site Merchandising and marketing and ensure understanding of key seasonal investments and support.

    Build and lead a high-performing merchandising/buying team.

    Skills for Success

    Years of related professional experience : 8 years leading a Buying or Merchandising team, with ability to demonstrable Merchandising experience.


    Educational position requirements:
    A formal education and subsequent

    undergraduate/graduate

    degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

    What we expect you already know :
    Revenue, Margin, Profit against Financial plans.

    Leadership – ability to motivate, manage and direct the merchants.


    Decision Making – assess facts and situations making timely and appropriate decisions that represent the best interests of the business.

    Problem Solving – delve into current business practices and find opportunities for change and process improvement.

    Strong Communication Skills – share information and give direction effectively and persuasively both verbally and written.

    Strong analytical skills.

    A strong retail math background, as financials will be a critical component in building profitable assortments, increasing SKU efficiency and driving top line revenue growth.

    Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with formulas and pivot tables.

    Accepts and embraces responsibility and accountability.

    Hiring Range :
    $120,960.00 USD - $151,200.00 USD annually

    Incentive Potential

    This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive,

    or commission potential.
