- 15+ years of progressive highway (FDOT) design experience, including 5+ years of PM experience on FDOT projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Florida PE licensure
- Experience working in and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in Bentley software packages to engineer complex highway systems, with the ability to direct staff that is completing design within Microstation, InRoads, Geopak, or OpenRoads (3-D Design technology).
- 20+ years of progressive highway (FDOT) design experience, including 8+ years of PM experience on FDOT projects.
- Experience working on large FDOT projects.
- Design-Build PM experience
- Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions.
