Create something fascinating: Your tasks

  • Leading and developing the "technical support" group, with responsibilities including technical support for the operator, level 1-3 trainings, field service, and field service representatives
  • First point of contact for technical issues of our customers
  • Organizing and conducting technical workshops for customers
  • Expanding our training and field service activities
  • Conducting budget, capacity, and personnel planning for the assigned group, as well as monitoring cost development
  • Developing solutions for extensive and complex tasks
  • Evaluating processes considering business-related data
  • Commissioning analyses and reports on performance indicators in line with the strategic direction of the group

Bring your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or similar qualification
  • Several years of specialized experience in customer service
  • Experience with processes and interests of an airline is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
  • Ability to implement and assert oneself
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duty
