- Leading and developing the "technical support" group, with responsibilities including technical support for the operator, level 1-3 trainings, field service, and field service representatives
- First point of contact for technical issues of our customers
- Organizing and conducting technical workshops for customers
- Expanding our training and field service activities
- Conducting budget, capacity, and personnel planning for the assigned group, as well as monitoring cost development
- Developing solutions for extensive and complex tasks
- Evaluating processes considering business-related data
- Commissioning analyses and reports on performance indicators in line with the strategic direction of the group
Bring your strengths: Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or similar qualification
- Several years of specialized experience in customer service
- Experience with processes and interests of an airline is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Leadership qualities and strong communication skills
- Ability to implement and assert oneself
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
