Sage Eldercare Solutions invites you to lead our Hummingbird Project team as the Hummingbird Project Manager.
Our program is uniquely dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults through creative, customized engagement tailored to the seven domains of wellness.
Since our establishment, we have been at the forefront of eldercare, committed to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life for older adults.
Our interdisciplinary team thrives on creativity, compassion, and excellence, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to drive our Hummingbird Project forward.
We seek a Hummingbird Project Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direct engagement in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.
Lead and supervise a team of Activity Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with our goals.Develop, implement, and update creative and effective Quality of Life Plans for clients.
Foster and maintain relationships with community members and professionals to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
Ensure compliance with all training and professional standards for your team.
Actively participate in professional forums and community outreach to promote the Hummingbird Project.
A licensed Mental Health Professional or have comparable training and experience in Therapeutic Arts.
A Bachelor's degree is required; At least five (5) years of experience working with older adults, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
Strong organizational and communication skills, proficient in both in-person and digital interactions.Creative and innovative, with a knack for problem-solving and adapting to the needs of clients and staff.
