    The Chief Financial Officer Physician Enterprise provides leadership for the assessment, budgeting, planning and management of financial operations, strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs, projects, and operations for INTEGRIS Medical Group (IMG).

    The Chief Financial Officer Physician Enterprise responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Directs and coordinates the financial operations of the INTEGRIS Medical Group in accordance with INTEGRIS Health policies and procedures. Serves as the Chief Financial Officer for IMG and supports the President of IMG for all financial activities.
  • Directs the fiscal functions of the physician expansion initiative in accordance with goals and objectives of the INTEGRIS Health and IMG.
  • Selects, coaches, and develops key department directors and managers and direct reports to manage the work force effectively and efficiently and facilitates high performance from employees. Responsible for hiring, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed.
  • Participates in and coordinates the development of the organization's plans and programs, monitors that plans are meeting goals, and initiates corrective action when needed as related to provider integration.
  • Coordinates with INTEGRIS Health management to define financial goals and objectives and provides input into strategic initiatives as associated with provider integration throughout the state.
  • Coordinates and develops budgets.
  • Communicates budget variances, helps determine appropriate actions to be taken, and monitors plans to assure budget compliance.
  • Supports the development and implementation of employed provider compensation planning. This position will be accountable for the supervision of provider employment agreement administration and related fair market value assessments.
  • Assists with the financial aspects of provider income subsidy agreements.
  • Provides oversight of the Professional Fee Coding & Provider Education services
  • Assists with the financial analysis of provider practice acquisitions.
  • Participates routinely with leaders of the IMG Physician Advisory Council and Medical Operating Committee, INTEGRIS Health Hospital Presidents, CFO's and other INTEGRIS Health directors in financial decision-making structures and processes.
  • Monitors compliance with regulations of local, state, and federal agencies, as well as with standards of accrediting bodies.
  • Reports to the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer INTEGRIS Health with a matrix relationship to the President, INTEGRIS Medical Group.

    Must adhere to strict deadlines and work with limited resources. Must meet deadlines set by management.

    Walking or driving to other campus building may be required.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor of Science, BBA acceptable)
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant status
  • Working knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost/benefit analysis
  • 10 years experience as Director in financial capacity, preferably with physician practice management within an integrated health system preferred.
  • Knowledge of leadership, management, and quality improvement concepts
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
