    Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Executive to lead and oversee their high-end residential and commercial projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sectors, with proven leadership abilities and a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

    Our client is a premier General Contractor based in Manhattan, specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction projects. Their reputation is built on delivering top-tier quality, innovative solutions, and exceptional client service.

    Lead multiple high-end residential and commercial projects from inception through completion.
    Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
    Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    Manage and mentor project managers, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
    Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality work.
    Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
    Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all project teams.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
    Proven experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
    Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
