We are a leader in our field, committed to delivering exceptional service and quality. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic NYC team

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role within the construction industry and possess strong clerical and organizational skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintain and organize both physical and electronic files, ensuring documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
    2. Provide clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing documents.
    3. Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
    4. Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, updating project status reports, and communicating with team members.

    Qualifications:

    1. Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
    2. Experience with Bill4Time is required.
    3. Proficiency in file management and organization.
    4. Strong clerical skills with keen attention to detail.
    5. Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
    6. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    7. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
