    Position: Area Sales ManagerLocation: Greater BostonWebsite:
    CompanyLoco Coffee was founded by two friends, Dan and Sean. We set out with the goal of creating the best tasting RTD coffee without all the sugar and calories of the other options. We'll be launching new products, new distribution, and working to grow brand awareness on the east coast. We're looking to grow our team with energetic and enthusiastic area sales managers to help boost our field sales and marketing efforts in the Northeast.     Responsibilities
    • Work with current retail partners to drive velocity of Loco Coffee at the store level
    • Work hands on with key retail accounts and team members to create brand awareness
    • Work with Loco team to develop and execute strategic in store marketing
    • Work with distributors and distributor field team to open new accounts and drive brand awareness and sales
    • Work with the Loco team to develop an events strategy, create brand awareness outside of stores, and represent Loco at events and tradeshows.
    • Work with Loco team to support promotions with heavy in store presence by securing & building displays, and gaining additional placement
    • Execute in store demos/sample tables to support displays and promotions

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 2+ years sales experience (Food & Beverage experience is a plus)
    • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license in good standing
    • Daily travel within assigned territory is required
    • Interpersonal communication skills
    • Have an energetic personality and must be able to work independently
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with managers, distributors, and other retail partners
    • Must be organized and self-motivated
    • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast paced startup atmosphere
