- Nurture client relationships and establish partnerships with industry influencers
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations, leveraging extensive product expertise
- Leverage CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to uphold precise sales records and oversee the sales pipeline
- Analyze customer requirements and market trends to offer valuable insights to product and marketing teams
- Foster a synergistic work environment with internal teams (tele-sales, pre-sales, services) for optimum customer assistance
- 3+ years of experience in selling NGS solutions (instruments, library kits, services) within the life sciences sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive setting
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities with a proactive approach
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree is desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time across the designated region
