    Subin Associates, LLP, a premier personal injury litigation firm in New York City, is seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our growing firm The person in this position will be a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the direction of one of our senior attorneys and paralegals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, et al)
    • Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate
    • Request medical records
    • Communicating with clients
    • Record and store client information in our case management system
    • Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial
    Qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant for a personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker - applicants without personal injury experience will not be considered)
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
