One has partnered with the New York City office of a top AmLaw 50 law firm in their search for a Legal Administrative Assistant on a
temp-to-hire basis.

This position offers the Legal Administrative Assistant the opportunity to support Attorneys with both litigation and transactional matters.

The Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for duties that include:

  • Administrative, secretarial and clerical support
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Conference arrangements and coordination
  • Interaction with clients
  • Must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
  • Other related duties as needed


The qualified Legal Administrative Assistant will ideally have at least 3+ years of law firm experience, supporting a Partner or senior executive.

Exposure to legal transactions and/or disputes is highly preferred. Intermediate or advanced Microsoft skills are a must. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.


This position is an
onsite role in the Firm's Midtown NYC offices and offers an unparalleled opportunity to support industry leaders with work on high-profile matters.
