- Works closely with the maintenance department to manage equipment service and repairs.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives and leads activities to enhance efficiency.
- Ensures strict adherence to plant floor organization and cleanliness standards.
- Facilitates effective communication between production staff and the management team.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching, training, and disciplining staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and knowledgeable in ISO standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least five years of management or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Additional certifications or licenses (e.g., PHR, Professional Engineer) are advantageous.
