Our client is a pioneer in the golf world and has been providing golfers with easy and affordable access to the sport for over 20 years.

A long-term circle of successful tech investors and golfers is interested in further developing the prominent company in the field of remote memberships into an innovative, digital service provider and building an ecosystem for golf enthusiasts.

The company, based in an attractive city in the Rhineland, currently employs 8 people.

As part of a succession plan, there will be a change at the turn of the year:
Managing Director Responsibilities.

In this role, you will drive the continuous development of the company, take overall commercial responsibility, and be responsible for topics such as customer service, billing, and portal development with your team.

Together, you will ensure smooth, fast processes and an optimal customer experience.

You will be responsible for establishing new partnerships with golf clubs as well as maintaining existing relationships in Germany and Austria.

Another key task will be the consistent expansion of the ecosystem and the development of new products and services for members.

Last but not least, the leadership of the team and the role as a guiding figure are of particular importance.

As part of your commercial responsibility, you will prepare regular reports and forecasts and monitor ongoing accounting. Qualifications. We are looking for entrepreneurial generalists with a passion for golf. You combine your commercial expertise and your enthusiasm for developing a digital business model with a pragmatic hands-on mentality. In addition to your business studies
