Your responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the budget of assigned product groups and responsible for developing, evolving, and communicating a procurement strategy for fans, motors, and heat pump hydraulic components such as valves and hose technology.
  • You monitor international procurement markets, identify trends and changes, and create market and supplier analyses in your area of responsibility.
  • As part of supplier management, you search for suitable suppliers worldwide, qualify them until series start, and regularly conduct supplier visits as part of the continuous development of our supplier network.
  • In supplier and risk management, you identify weaknesses and improvement potential, agree on corrective measures with our suppliers, and implement necessary changes in our supply chains. You evaluate suppliers as part of a selection process and regularly assess the supplier's performance in series business.
  • You identify potential cost savings, initiate cost reduction measures together with interface areas, and are responsible for independently conducting purchasing negotiations and concluding price and condition agreements as well as framework contracts.
