    Position Summary:
    The Business Development Manager
    • Supermarkets Central will play a crucial role in supporting the Supermarkets Central Team within the Large Store & Emerging Channels Business Development and Intelligence Team.
    Reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Manager
    • Supermarkets, this position will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the supermarket channel.
    The role will require close collaboration with the Channel VP and the Supermarkets Central Team to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential.


    Essential Job Functions:
    Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager
    • Supermarkets to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the overall business goals.
    Conduct market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the supermarket sector.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within supermarkets, including senior executives, buyers, and category managers.
    Develop and present business proposals, presentations, and performance reports to the Channel VP and Supermarkets Central Team.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.

    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


    Position Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within the CPG industryProven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    Strong math, time management, and customer service skills.

    Flexibility to travel as neededBase Pay Range :
