    :

    Quinn is hiring a Rental Coordinator

    The Coordintor-QPS Rental will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely rental transactions: invoicing, work order generation, purchase order processing, insurance verification and customer payment. Actively communicate with both internal and external customers and assist to resolve customer service issues. Assist with rental and sales activities for rental fleet to maximize revenue. Effectively support the rental and sales needs of current and prospective customers including generators, temperature control, and air compressors. Assist with evaluating customer calls and developing solutions and the necessary quotations. Assist customers to choose correct equipment size, mix, and model for application and jobsite requirements. Coordinate and expedite subcontractors, i.e. trucking, fueling, electrical hookups.

    Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $ $25.00

    Responsibilities

    :

    Essential duties and responsibilities of a Coordinator-QPS Rental include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Ensure accurate and timely rental transactions: invoicing, work order generation, purchase order processing, insurance verification and customer payment.

    Maintain proper record keeping through timely data entry and file upkeep.

    Audit internal service work orders generated by other Quinn departments.

    Support rental customer service activities: take calls, answers questions, quote rates.

    Assists customers to choose correct equipment size, mix, and model for application and jobsite requirements.

    Quiz customer for specific application to ensure understanding of customer needs.

    Schedules / coordinates equipment hauling in support customers' needs.

    Review equipment check-in / check-out forms for accuracy.

    Coordinates / schedules maintenance and repairs with Service Department; monitors repair status and costs.

    Works with Service Department to ensure equipment abuse by customers are identified and reported properly.

    Investigates and resolves customer problems with equipment deliveries, repairs, billing, and related logistics.

    Assist with recommendations to management regarding changes in the rental fleet mix and equipment needs to maximize revenue.

    Assists outside Sales Representatives by providing job evaluations and quotes when needed.

    Ensures good housekeeping standards are maintained.

    Advises management of significant competitive sales and rental activities. Keeps a pulse on the market.

    Represents Quinn Power Systems Rental Services in a professional manner that promotes the goals and values set forth by Quinn Company and the Caterpillar organization.

    Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by the department management.

    Qualifications

    :

    Certificate of completion or AA/AS degree from a community college or technical school and four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
