Tasks

  • Timely and professional preparation, management and execution of construction projects in the field of civil engineering
  • Deployment planning and management of own personnel
  • Tendering and awarding of contracts
  • Construction schedule planning as well as monitoring and result control with consideration of the economic success of the construction project
  • Timely and qualityoriented handover to the client
  • Collaboration with the specialist departments of calculation, procurement, machinery technology and settlement
Qualifications

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction manager or construction technician in the field of civil engineering would be desirable
  • Leadership experience in operational construction business
  • Class B driver's license
  • Punctuality, flexibility, reliability and enjoyment in coordinating complex processes
  • Conscientious and independent way of working
  • Team spirit, innovation and willingness to further education round off your profile.
