Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the overall management of the tasks assigned to the Office of Municipal Supervision, including:
Municipal economic law (municipal budgets and investments)
Examination and decision on legal supervision measures against municipalities according to the Saxon Municipal Code
Local regulations (bylaws, etc.) of municipalities
Procurement review
Appeals procedures in selfgovernment matters of municipalities
You are responsible for individual case processing, which includes:
Handling particularly difficult individual cases and those of special or fundamental importance
Conducting disciplinary proceedings against mayors
Court
