What You'll Do

  • As a leader in Shepherd, MT, you will lead a young, innovative design team both disciplinarily and technically.
  • In your work environment, you will develop and test technically demanding plant and machine concepts, creative detailed solutions, and the corresponding calculations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the best design solution to install our production facilities in the Gigafactories worldwide, in collaboration with the following trades.
  • In your leadership role, your tasks will also include creating resource and schedule plans, conducting regular employee evaluations and performance reviews, as well as training and mentoring your team.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with all relevant departments within the company.
What You'll Bring

  • You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering (FH or HS) with a focus on design engineering.
  • Ideally, you also have comparable qualifications combined
