Are you a performer (m/f/d)? Do you want to work in the media industry? Then we have the perfect package for your entry into the world of media.

The lead links are THE specialists for TV performance advertising, located in Grünwald near Munich. With passion, we plan, book, and analyze advertising and digital campaigns for over 80 companies from all over Europe. Our goal is to trigger measurable and sales-increasing reactions on our clients' websites through activating commercials and advertising materials. Our in-house creative team delivers tailor-made, performance-oriented content - from low-cost to high-end production. By closely collaborating with all disciplines, we enable the best possible campaign success. Our passion for performance drives us forward.

During our 12-month trainee program, you will gain extensive insights into all of our important areas. From campaign planning, media buying, and data processing to spot production.

Afterwards, if you enjoy working with us, you can continue your career in the media world as a media planner.
