    Description
    Role Description:
    • Senior Lead Developer with strong programming skills responsible for design and development of real-time Integration solutions using Redhat Fuse, Apache Camel, TIBCO Business Works, Springboot and OpenShift technologies
    • Provide assistance in estimating/scoping solutions meeting business requirements, and assist in incorporation of these into solution architecture documents
    • Lead scoping and design sessions across cross-functional and cross regional teams
    • Analyse, define and document system architecture and design for business processes, data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls
    • Ensure design of the integrated environment is capable of reaching maximum levels of availability, efficiency, scalability and security
    • Provide input into and lead the technical infrastructure design
    • Development of POCs and development templates
    • Strong understanding of CI/CD and devops principles
    Technical / Functional Proficiency:
    • The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on messaging, integration and micro-services solutions.
    • Experience with Springboot and API development required.
    • Good understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS
    • Experience in one or more of following technologies is preferred but not required - Red Hat Fuse, TIBCO BW, Apache Camel
    • Must have strong expertise in design of Enterprise Integration solutions
    • Must have strong expertise in leading integration teams across geographies
    • Ability to multitask between multiple projects
    • Experience in finance domain is a plus
    • Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies like, JMS, JSP, Servlets, Spring, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPATH is desired
    • Experience on Messaging layer like TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, JMS is desired

    Qualifications:
    • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
    • Candidate should be willing to work in flexible timing to collaborate with global CITI team
