    QUALITY MANAGER

    JOB SUMMARY:


    TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio molding division.


    JOB OVERVIEW:
    Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities and all objects.

    Facilitates and leads the quality team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations, supports strategic planning and develops measurement systems by sampling production and analyzing it to make recommendations to improve organizational improvement.

    Responsible for tracking and reporting productions quality and goals to ensure that company objectives are being accomplished.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    Five to seven years' experience managing a team in a manufacturing environment
    Experience with regulated quality systems like ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 IATF16949

    Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team
    Execution orientated and results driven; very effective and efficient time management


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Lead problem solving efforts relating to production quality issues with an emphasis on lessons learned
    Develop, implement, communicate and maintain the company's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with the quality system requirements
    Establish quality requirements internally and for suppliers
    Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
    Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out, evaluated, and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
    Participating and or leading continuous improvement projects to benefit internal or external applications
    Communicating with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers specifications
