    Craftexcom we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various data into our systems. This is a critical role within our organization, as it ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data, which is vital for decision-making and operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.

    Pay range: $ $48.000 hourly
    Full time

    Key Responsibilities
    • Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
    • Update and maintain data as necessary, including correcting errors and inconsistencies.
    • Perform data verification and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist with data clean-up efforts, including identifying and resolving duplicate or outdated information.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
    • Generate and distribute reports and data summaries as requested.


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Knowledge of data entry best practices and data quality principles.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
