Job Title: Restaurant General Manager
Location: Fresno, CA
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team in San Jose, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in a vibrant and fast-paced dining environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
Ensure high food quality and presentation.
Develop new menus that cater to our customers' preferences.
Greet and serve restaurant guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Manage restaurant budget and payroll records.
Handle any HR issues that arise in the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of restaurant management software.
Understanding of budgeting and financial management.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
