    Renewal by Andersen is seeking a General Manager to oversee business operations and communications in our Central CA territory.     Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
    • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, administrative support and Operations driving profitability, and market share objectives
    • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
    • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
    • Develop employees and efficiently delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees. This position is the key Leader for supporting our policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and a champion of our cultural values
    • We believe that our relationships are defined by trust and respect. The General Manager must display excellent problem-solving skills and have a proven track record of resolving internal staff conflicts in an effective and respectful way
    • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for optimized productivity
    • Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
    • Adhere to company standards and values for excellence and quality
    • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth

    Requirements:
    • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
    • Extensive knowledge of operations and production management
    • Ability to generate financial reports and interpret financial data to set production goals and meet business objectives
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
    • Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) preferred.
    • Five years of related experience required.
