Jose Sandoval Arce

I am an outgoing individual, able to communicate well within a team. I strive to work hard every day in an efficient and timely conscious manner to complete the task at hand. I am a quick learner with different types of software and enjoy the learning process. I have six years of construction management experience and a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from CSU Fresno. I have a lot of experience with Excel, including basic knowledge of Macro programming. I understand how to do take-offs and have about a years' worth of experience in project estimating. I have about two years of construction field coordination experience and quality control. The rest of my experience is using project management tools, submittals, RFIs, cost control, scheduling (Microsoft Projects) as it relates to the construction process. 

2 years of construction management experience in a design build, P3 public project ( UC Merced 2020) - 1.2 Billion Dollar Project

2 years of construction management experience in a P3 at risk student housing construction project (Hornet Commons - CSU Sacramento)  - 1.1 Million Dollar Project

1.5 years of commercial construction management and estimating in 1 to 50 million dollar projects including restaurants, office space, senior housing and low income housing apartments (Sacramento CA)

I have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
