    Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Services Consultant for our client, a wonderful managed services provider organization in NYC In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure client's IT operations are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently This is a full time, direct hire in Midtown with the opportunity for some hybrid work.


    Perks:
    Opportunity to be part of an established MSP leader with a regular 8-5, M-F schedule
    Great work culture and an experienced IT team
    Salary range is $100-125k, depending on experience

    What you will be doing:
    Utilize Zendesk and other technical tools to assess, document and resolve IT issues
    Resolving issues with Windows and Mac desktop OS
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS Office applications, especially Outlook
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile devices
    Consult with clients in the areas of infrastructure, automation, and security operations, ensuring peak efficiency

    What you will need:
    3-5 years+ experience in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in an MSP setting
    Be within a commutable distance of Midtown and able to provide onsite support for MSP clients
    Experience with implementing and maintaining Azure environments is preferred
    Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and monitoring preferred
