- Create forward looking strategy and manage the Benefits team's effort in the design, development, implementation, and communication of innovative benefits policies, solutions, and programs based on firm policies to attract and retain excellent talent
- Lead the development of effective and compelling benefits training and communications strategies to improve employee engagement
- Accountability and responsibility for developing and implementing plan design changes and new plans and programs; includes leading the processes for benchmarking, RFI/RFP, contracting, change management, system implementation, and communications to ensure successful rollout, understanding, and participation
- Regular and effective management of brokers and third-party partners to ensure our support expectations are being met or exceeded
- Design and develop a seamless experience for new hire benefit orientation, and enrollment, to ensure employees understand their total benefits and make informed decisions around these offerings
- Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of all benefit programs enrollment processes globally
- Lead employee experience efforts and help support benefit change management programs
- Lead internal Benefits Committee activities and meetings
- Responsible for enabling your team to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work and maintaining accountability
- Regularly assess benefits offerings to balance market competitiveness with employee and company impact
- Scale the administration of all global benefits plans and programs to ensure efficient operations while keeping employee experience front and center, including self-funded US medical plans
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Accounting, Finance, Legal, People Operations and various Works Councils
- Develop and maintain communication partnership strategy with Marketing and internal Communications teams to align with company culture, voice, and our Employee Value Proposition
- Effective development of feedback loops with internal and external partners as well as global employee base
- Partner with external advisors and legal counsel to ensure that all benefits are competitive and compliant with all federal and local government regulations
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, design, or consulting
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing highly functioning teams
- Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations, best practices, and trends
- Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both up and down effectively
- Desire to learn and teach for the joint benefit of the broader team and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external takeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong influencing skills evidenced through experience partnering with senior level executives across HR, Finance, Legal, and the C-suite to implement new plans and/or changes to existing plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice
- Recognizes confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information and maintains confidentiality

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Benefits to lead our global wellness and benefits strategy and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the strategy, functional design, and administration of OneStream's health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, leave and accommodations, and time away plans and programs. This position will report directly to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations and will play a critical role in shaping our benefits programs to drive our business forward.
