    About the role:
    The Process Engineer is responsible to provide for ownership of manufacturing processes. The position is also responsible for continuous improvements and technical support for the organization. The scope includes all activities from new product introductions to customer support.
    This position is part of the Engineering department located in Ames, Iowa and will be on-site.


    In this role, you will:
    Develop and implement technologies, methods and techniques.
    Take ownership of manufacturing process and standard work.
    Provides direction for cross-functional resource teams.
    Coordinate the implementation of process changes.
    Are you qualified?Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology; or equivalent work experience. Project management skills.
    Mechanical aptitude.
    Ability to communicate with widely varied audiences.
