    THE ROLE:

    Join us as a Security Officer, where you will pave the way for a phenomenal guest journey. Engage with guests, offer exceptional guest services, and create WOW moments that linger in our guests' minds well beyond their visit.

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet and converse with guests, wearing a smile, and embracing their narratives
    • Ensure guest well-being by administering necessary first aid and adhering to injury reporting procedures
    • Thrive as a vital part of our dynamic team, engaging with guests from every corner of the globe
    • Become the highlight of our guests' experiences while relishing the offerings of MGM Resorts Properties

    THE IDEAL APPLICANT:

    • Possesses a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
    • Prior exposure in security, military, or law enforcement roles
    • Prior involvement in a comparable resort environment
    • Proficient in addressing guest concerns and ensuring positive resolutions
    • Delivers exceptional service precisely when our guests need it most
    • Demonstrates strong character and adeptness in making wise decisions under pressure
    • Capable of multitasking effectively and collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
