    POSITION OVERVIEW
    Bain Capital is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Partner, Global Head of ESG. This individual must have a positive, enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    This candidate will be a self-starter and someone who functions well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide general administrative support, including, but not limited to: managing complex calendars, booking conference rooms, process expense reports and invoices, coordinate travel, answer phones and screen incoming calls, organizing materials on drives
    • Coordinate all internal and external meetings as well as conference registrations and organize/prepare meeting materials such as agendas, handouts, presentations, etc.
    • Create and update presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel
    • Synthesize meeting data, bucket key themes, create 4x4 grids, etc.
    • Develop system to track open issues and facilitate follow up
    • Deliver client-oriented focus and strong relationship management skills
    • Provide back-up coverage to other team members as needed

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Unimpeachable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
    • High energy level with a "can-do" positive and professional attitude
    • Desire to learn new things; continuous improvement mindset
    • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Great attention to detail and extremely organized with a strong sense of urgency
    • Self-directed, independent, and proactive work ethic; dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and know how to prioritize these tasks
    • Punctual, have flexibility to work beyond official business hours as needed
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel),
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships
    • Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • 7+ years of administrative support in a corporate environment & financial services experience is highly preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree required
