    Description

    Job Title: Executive Assistant

    Location: Boston, MA 02210 In-Office 4 days per week

    Duration: 3 Months Plus

    Type: Contract

    Pay Range: $30/hr -$35/hr (DOE)

    Description:

    Number of Years' Experience Preferred: 5-7 years

    Top 3-5 Requirements:

    • Experience supporting executive-level and/or C-suite leaders.
    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent presentation skills together with the ability to think on your feet.
    • Effective planning and coordination skills; proven ability to create timelines and execute accordingly.

    Job Description:

    An Executive assistant's work consists of supporting management, including executives, using a variety of project management, communication, or organizational skills. The role deals with correspondence, admits new members, and organizes official meetings and events. It is also responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors and arranging conference calls.

    • Responsibilities include screening calls, scheduling, making travel and meeting arrangements, expense management, typing correspondence, preparing reports and financial data, and managing confidential information in a professional manner.
    • Schedule and coordinate all required resources for meetings.
    • Handle additional administrative tasks as necessary.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow-through on issues in a timely manner.
    • Provide executive support in a manner which reflects the company's vision and values of ingenuity, expertise and exceptional people.
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations in supporting group leadership.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent organization, writing and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent innovation and creativity skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills together with the ability to think on your feet.
    • Experience supporting executive-level and/or C-suite leaders.
    • Experience with Concur Travel Management system.
    • Additional Preferred Requirements:
    • Effective planning and coordination skills; proven ability to create timelines and execute accordingly.
    • Strong multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
    • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
    • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
    • Ability to work under pressure with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
    • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse units / staff functions.
    • Strong communication/influencing skills to interact with all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data/information and form conclusions.
